We're delighted to share that Yash Bandara has successfully completed the Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, with the certificate now confirmed.
Level 2 is the foundation qualification for anyone working in care in Wales. It covers the core of the job: person-centred practice, safeguarding, health and safety, communication, and supporting people's well-being in their own homes. Getting it done means studying and building a portfolio of evidence alongside a full working week, and that takes real commitment.
It caps off a strong year for Yash, who was also promoted to Senior Care Worker earlier this year. Qualifications like this back up what we already see day to day: a carer who takes the job seriously and cares about doing it properly for the people we support.
At TLC, we want our team to keep learning and keep progressing. Level 2 is a solid base to build on, and we're looking forward to supporting Yash with whatever comes next.
