Our story
Tender Loving Care was founded by three sisters, Olwen, Cathy and Helen, who shared a vision: that everyone, regardless of their needs, deserves to remain in their own home, surrounded by what they love, with the right support around them.
Between them, they brought over 60 years of hands-on care experience. Their daughters Andrea and Sarah have since joined the team in management roles, keeping TLC firmly a family business, rooted in the communities of North Wales it serves.
Every decision we make comes back to one question: would we be happy with this for our own family? If the answer is yes, it's the TLC standard.
