At TLC, we never stop learning.
This month, we're incredibly proud to celebrate a group of team members who have gone above and beyond to develop their skills and invest in their careers in care.
Cai Williams has successfully completed his Level 3 in Health and Social Care, a significant achievement that reflects not only his dedication to his own development but his commitment to the people he supports every day. Level 3 is no small thing, and Cai should be proud.
Lahiru Wickramasinghe and Olivia Gadhavi have both completed their Level 2 in Health and Social Care. For both of them, this qualification marks an important milestone and a strong foundation to build a long career in care from. We are delighted for them both.
Michelle Duber has taken on something a little different, qualifying as an All Wales BTEC Moving and Handling Passport Trainer. This means Michelle now plays a vital role in keeping both clients and colleagues safe, passing on her knowledge and expertise to the wider team. It's a responsibility that takes real skill and confidence, and Michelle has taken it on brilliantly.
And finally, we want to wish Michelle the very best of luck as she begins the Future Leaders Course. It's an exciting next step, and one we have no doubt she will take in her stride.
To everyone named here, thank you for everything you bring to TLC and to the people we support. You make us proud.
