Tender Loving Care has always believed that the people who show up every day for our clients are the heart of everything we do. Today, we are thrilled to share some wonderful news — eight members of our incredible care team have been promoted to Senior Care Workers.

This is a milestone that reflects not just individual achievement, but the culture of dedication, compassion, and professionalism that runs through TLC. These promotions are well earned, and we could not be prouder.

Congratulations to Ryan, Lahiru, Natalie, Marvin, Roshan, Shantha, and Yash on stepping into their new Senior Care Worker roles. A further member of the team has also been promoted and, while they have asked to remain unnamed, they deserve every bit of the same recognition and praise.

Progressing into a Senior Care Worker role is no small thing. It represents a commitment to going above and beyond in the care you provide, a willingness to support and guide colleagues, and a deep sense of responsibility towards the people we serve across Conwy, Gwynedd, and Denbighshire.
